Rules and Equipment: Please carefully read through the Powerlifting America Rulebook and Approved Equipment List. Especially those who this is your first time competing in Powerlifting America Meet.
All Athletes are required to be current members of Powerlifting America by the day of the event.

Weight Classes:
Women: 43kg, 47kg, 52kg, 57kg, 63kg, 69kg, 76kg, 84kg, and 84+kg
Men: 53kg, 59kg, 66kg, 74kg, 83kg, 93kg, 105kg, 120kg, and 120+kg
Competition Category: Full Meet Only
Uniforms:
All Equipment must meet the IPF specifications. Approved Equipment List
Awards:
Medals will be given to 1st – 3rd place by total and weight class for all divisions.
Note:
All registered athletes are subject to drug testing before, during, or after the competition
Tentative Lifting Schedule:
Friday, December 4th, 2026
5:00pm to 7:00pm - Early Equipment Check/Rack Heights
Saturday, December 5th, 2026
10:00 am to 11:30 am– Weigh ins/ Equipment check
12:00pm to ~3:30pm– Competition Lifting
Awards following Completion of the Meet
